By accessing the Stellar Waste platform and booking our services, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following waste removal agreement.

Service Agreement & Booking

Customers agree to provide accurate descriptions of waste volume and type during the booking process. Stellar Waste reserves the right to adjust final pricing if the actual debris significantly exceeds the initial digital quote. All appointments are subject to vehicle availability and regional accessibility within the greater Denver area.

Pricing & Payment

Our transparent pricing model is based on truck volume and weight limits. Initial online estimates are non-binding until a physical assessment is performed by our onsite crew. Payment is due upon completion of the hauling service unless corporate billing is pre-arranged.

Scheduling & Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival window may be subject to a nominal dispatch fee. We offer a one-time rescheduling option at no additional cost for our residential partners.

Prohibited Items

For environmental safety and regulatory compliance, Stellar Waste cannot accept the following:

  • Hazardous industrial chemicals
  • Bio-medical or radioactive waste
  • Wet paint and unsealed solvents
  • Automotive fuel or propane tanks
